Project Scope: EPCM Services for Continental Carbon India's Carbon Black Purification Plant

This scope of work details the provision of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) consultancy services for the comprehensive Carbon Black Purification Plant project at Continental Carbon India. Our services encompass the full project lifecycle, from initial engineering through to commissioning.

Project Scope: As-Built PDMS Model Correction & Documentation for FCCU, PPU, & DHDT Units

This scope of work details the comprehensive correction of the 3D PDMS model to reflect the as-built condition of the plant, specifically focusing on the FCCU, PPU, and DHDT units, along with the extraction of updated layouts and isometrics.

  • 3D PDMS Model Correction: Updating the existing 3D PDMS model to accurately represent the as-built condition of the plant.
  • Extraction of Layouts & Isometrics: Generating precise piping layouts and isometrics based on the corrected as-built model.
  • Unit Focus: Services were specifically applied to the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU)Polypropylene Unit (PPU), and Diesel Hydrotreater (DHDT).
